Dog of the Day! Belle
The dog of the day is Belle! When her owner Kevin Weaver collapsed from a diabetic seizure she literally bit "911" into his cell-phone! Weaver said, "there's no doubt in my mind that I'd be dead if I didn't have Belle", She is the first canine to win the VITA's Wireless Samaritan Award. Belle had been trained to bite down on a phone's keypad in the event of a emergency.
